4. Payment Terms

5. Intellectual Property

• We retain ownership of any custom code libraries or frameworks we develop
• Source code and design files may be provided at additional cost

6. Project Timeline and Deliverables

Project timelines will be established in individual agreements. We commit to:

• Providing regular project updates
• Meeting agreed-upon milestones
• Delivering projects within the specified timeframe
• Including reasonable revisions as outlined in the project scope

Delays caused by client feedback or approval processes may extend the timeline.

7. Limitation of Liability

Code & Cosmos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, even if the other party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Warranty and Support

We provide a 30-day warranty period after project completion for:

• Functionality issues
• Cross-browser compatibility problems
• Mobile responsiveness issues
• Basic bug fixes

Ongoing support and maintenance services are available at additional cost.

9. Confidentiality

We agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of our work together, including but not limited to business strategies, trade secrets, and sensitive data.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• You will be billed for work completed up to the termination date
• We will deliver any completed work
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

11. Governing Law
